You're about to make one of the biggest, most important decisions of your life. Before you finalize the purchase of your new home, it's crucial to consult with an experienced home inspector.

Tim’s Professional Story

Before pursuing a career in Home Inspection, Tim was a real estate investor where he was the general contractor of numerous crafts rehabbing and selling homes in the state of Florida. He did this while keeping a full time job in the military where he was a senior electrician. After retiring from the military, he yearned to get back into the real estate field which has brought him to the home inspection business.

As a home inspector, Tim puts to use the skilled concentration, attention to detail and hard work ethic developed from 20 years in the military to great use. More importantly is the customer. His work ethic and enthusiasm blends well with the home inspection field as he is able to help client after client when purchasing an ever-lasting home.
